The Project

We were approached by Pilgrim's Dungannon to design, manufacture and install a bespoke Dolav wash ramp system for their new Dolav washing area.

The objective was to create a more efficient and practical washing process, making it easier for operators to manoeuvre, wash and handle Dolav containers and associated equipment.

With operator efficiency and ease of use being key considerations, the customer required a purpose-built solution that would integrate into the new washing area and improve the overall workflow.

Our Solution

Following discussions around the customer's requirements and the layout of the new wash area, we developed a bespoke Dolav wash ramp system tailored specifically to the application.

The system was designed to provide operators with a more straightforward way of moving equipment into position for washing, helping to simplify the handling process and reduce unnecessary manual effort.

Rather than relying on a standard off-the-shelf solution, we manufactured a purpose-built system to suit the available space and the operational requirements of the site.

Design & Fabrication

Our team took responsibility for the manufacture of the bespoke wash ramp system, ensuring the finished equipment was built to suit the customer's new washing facility.

Throughout the project, consideration was given to the practical requirements of the washing operation, including accessibility for operators, equipment movement and integration within the existing wash area.

By carrying out the fabrication in-house, we were able to produce a solution specifically suited to Pilgrim's requirements.

Installation & Integration

Once manufacturing was complete, our team attended the Pilgrim's Dungannon site to install the completed system within their new Dolav wash area.

The installation was carefully positioned to integrate with the surrounding facility and provide operators with an improved process for moving and washing equipment.

The completed system provides a dedicated solution within the washing area, helping create a more organised and practical working environment.
